摘要随着工业技术的不停发展,越来越多的场合下我们需要对多台电机进行控制,特别是在冶炼金属、建材、造纸、纺织工业等领域,多台电机的同步性能直接影响到产品的质量是好是坏。因此,很有必要进行对多电机同步控制的研究。本文先简要介绍了多电机同步控制技术的几个比较典型的同步控制策略,分析了各同步控制策略的具体内容,比较了不同同步控制策略的优点和缺点。其中本次设计所应用的控制策略是偏差耦合控制策略。接着针对设计需求设计了以AT89S52单片机为控制核心的硬件电路,其中包括了A/D转换模块、D/A转换模块,键盘和显示模块、储存模块、开关量输入输出模块、串行通讯模块等电路。本次设计的多电机同步控制器最终能够实现四台电机的同步控制,它不仅操作简单,而且还有系统结构简单,控制算法易实现,成本低廉等优点。关键词:多电机;同步控制;偏差耦合控制;单片机;硬件电路-I-DesignofMulti-motorSynchronousControllerBasedonMicrocomputerAbstractWiththecontinuousdevelopmentofindustrialtechnology,varioustypesofmachineperformanceandproductqualitycontinuestoimproveintheindustrialproduction,onlyforamotorcontrolhasbeenslowlyunabletomeettheneedsandnowmorethanonemotortocontrolhasgraduallybecomemainstream.Andnowsynchronizationexistsinourlivesinlargenumbers.Synchronouscontrolhaspenetratedintovariousfields,inmanycases,multiplemotorsynchronizationperformancedirectlyaffectsthequalityoftheproduct.Therefore,itisnecessarytocarryoutthestudyofmulti-motorsynchronouscontrol.Inthispaper,theresearchbackgroundandsignificanceofmulti-motorsynchronouscontrolareexpoundedindetail,andthedesignstatusofmulti-motorsynchronouscontrolisanalyzed.Then,themulti-motorsynchronouscontroltechnologyisintroducedsystematically,whichincludesthedefinitionandclassificationofmulti-motorsynchronouscontrol.Thenweintroducesometypicalsynchronouscontrolstrategies,analyzethespecificcontentsofeachsynchronizationcontrolstrategy,andcomparetheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofdifferentsynchronizationcontrolstrategies.Thecontrolstrategyappliedinthisdesignisthedeviationcouplingcontrolstrategy.Finally,wedesignto51single-chipforthecoreofthehardwarecircuit,whichincludestheA/DandD/Aconversionmodule,keyboardandscreenmodulesandothercircuits.Finallywewritetheprogramaccordingtothedeviationofthecontrolstrategyandtheactualcircuitofthespecificrequirements.Afterthedesigniscompleted,accordingtotheexperimentalanalysis,verifythedesignofthecontrolstrategy,hardwarecircuitandprogramdesigniscorrectandeffective.Finally,wesummeduptheworkofthisdesignstudy,reviewtheproblemsencounteredinthestudyandsolutions,butalsoreflectthedesignoftheinadequaciesoftheplace,andfinallythanktheinstructor'shardwork.KeyWords:Multi-motor;SynchronousControl;DeviationCouplingControl;Single-chip;HardwareCircuit-II-目录摘要.........................................................................................................................................IAbstract......................................................................................................................................II1绪论.........................................................................................................................................11.1课题的研究背景以及研究意义..................................................................................11.2国内外研究现状..........................................................................................................21.3本文主要内容....................................................
