摘要自改革开放、经济快速发展以来，大多数城市的基础设施及商品房建设都进入到井喷式发展阶段。在2016年里，28171万民工中的从事建筑业的占有19.7%，建筑业高危险的特性让从事这个行业的农民工更易受伤。虽然有工伤保险这一社会保障来保障民工工伤期间的合法权益，但是我国目前建筑行业的民工工伤保险情况却不容乐观，为此，要尽快解决工伤保险政策中存在的问题，以便更好地保障建筑业民工工伤期间的合法权益，促进社会和谐稳定发展。本文首先叙述了本次研究的背景、意义、国内外研究动态和研究内容与方法，从整体上对本次研究有更多的了解，从理论上阐述与工伤保险相关的理论概念以及分析方法，为本文的研究奠定了理论基础；其次通过对我国建筑业农民工工伤保险的基本概念及其相关理论基础进行阐述，分析我国建筑业工伤保险的发展趋势和特点；再次对我国建筑业农民工工伤保险在目前的发展状况进行深入研究，指出其在发展中存在的问题及原因；最后分别从规范用工制度、切实推进劳动合同制；加强工伤保险政策的宣传力度；健全工伤预防机制；简化赔付程序以及明确政府、建筑业主体的责任意识等方面对我国未来建筑业农民工工伤保险的发展提出相关政策建议，以指导我国建筑业工伤保险工作。关键词：建筑业；工伤事故；工伤保险；农民工摘要AbstractSincethereformandopeningupandtherapideconomicdevelopment,infrastructureandcommercialhousingconstructioninmostcitieshaveenteredtheblowoutdevelopmentstage.In2016,19.7%of28.71millionmigrantworkerswereengagedintheconstructionindustry,andthehigh-riskcharacteristicsoftheconstructionindustrymademigrantworkersinthisindustrymorevulnerable.Althoughthereiswork-relatedinjuryinsuranceasasocialsecuritytoprotectthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofmigrantworkersduringwork-relatedinjuries,thecurrentsituationofwork-relatedinjuryinsuranceformigrantworkersinChina'sconstructionindustryisnotoptimistic.therefore,weshouldsolvetheexistingproblemsinthework-relatedinjuryinsurancepolicyassoonaspossible,soastobetterprotectthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofmigrantworkersduringwork-relatedinjuriesintheconstructionindustryandpromotetheharmoniousandstabledevelopmentofsociety.燕山大学本科生毕业论文Thisarticlefirstnarratesthebackground,significance,researchtrendsathomeandabroad,researchcontentsandmethodsofthisstudy,andhasabetterunderstandingofthisstudyasawhole.ittheoreticallyelaboratesthetheoreticalconceptsandanalyticalmethodsrelatedtoindustrialinjuryinsurance,whichlaysatheoreticalfoundationforthisstudy.Secondly,throughexpoundingthebasicconceptsandrelatedtheoreticalbasisofindustrialinjuryinsuranceformigrantworkersinChina'sconstructionindustry,itanalyzesthedevelopmenttrendandcharacteristicsofindustrialinjuryinsuranceinChina'sconstructionindustry.Onceagain,wewillconductanin-depthstudyonthecurrentdevelopmentofindustrialinjuryinsuranceformigrantworkersinChina'sconstructionindustry,andpointouttheexistingproblemsandreasonsinitsdevelopment.Finally,wewillstandardizetheemploymentsystemandpromotethelaborcontractsystem.Strengthenthepropagandaofindustrialinjuryinsurancepolicy;Improvethepreventionmechanismofwork-relatedinjuries;Tosimplifythecompensationproceduresandclarifytheresponsibilityawarenessofthegovernmentandthemainbodyoftheconstructionindustry,thispaperputsforwardsomerelevantpolicysuggestionsonthedevelopmentofindustrialinjuryinsuranceformigrantworkersintheconstructionindustryinChinainthefuture,soastoguidetheworkofindustrialinjuryinsuranceintheconstructionindustryinChina.Keywords:ConstructionIndustry;industrialaccident;IndustrialInjuryInsurance;MigrantWorker第1章绪论1.1...
