中小企业人才流失的成因及对策研究题目:——以A公司为例摘要:自我国改革开放以来,综合实力和国际竞争力在不断增强,经济迅猛发展。改革开放后新形势下的中小企业也在飞速发展,虽然中小企业在经济方面快速发展,但在经营管理方式上远远没有跟上经济发展的步伐,以至于中小企业人才流失的问题频繁出现,从而造成了企业招聘成本和培训成本居高不下,员工队伍不稳定,以及企业竞争力被削弱。A公司如何降低人才流失率,提高生产效率,是本论文研究的重点。通过研究学习国内外文献,参考查阅中小企业人才流失的资料,了解国内外专家学者在企业人才流失方面的研究成果,为A公司人才流失的成因及对策研究提供理论依据。通过对A公司在职员工开展满意度问卷调查,结合图表分析,总结并得出影响A公司员工离职因素。根据问卷调查分析得出结果,本论文从完善甄选体系、加强培训、建立富有人文关怀特色的企业文化、适当激励等方面,对A公司人才流失提出了相应的对策和建议,为A公司降低人才流失、保持企业员工队伍稳定,保障企业持续发展提供了管理参考。关键词:人才流失;成因;对策Abstract:SinceChinesereformandopeningup,thecomprehensivestrengthandinternationalcompetitivenesshavebeencontinuouslystrengthened,andtheeconomyhasdevelopedrapidly.Underthenewsituationafterthereformandopeningup,thesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesarealsodevelopingrapidly.Althoughsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesaredevelopingrapidlyintheeconomicfield,theyarefarfromkeepingupwiththepaceofeconomicdevelopmentinthewayofoperationandmanagement.Asaresult,theproblemofbraindrainofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesfrequentlyappears,resultinginhighrecruitmentcostsandtrainingcosts,unstableworkforce,andtheweakeningofthecompetitivenessofenterprises.CompanyAhowtoreducethewastagerateandimproveproductionefficiencyisthefocusofthispaper.Bystudyingthedomesticandforeignliterature,referringtothedataofthebraindrainofthesmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,andunderstandingtheresearchresultsoftheexpertsandscholarsathomeandabroadintheaspectofthebraindrainoftheenterprises,thispaperprovidesthetheoreticalbasisforthestudyofthecausesandcountermeasuresofthebraindraininCompanyA.BasedonthequestionnairesurveyofemployeesatisfactionincompanyAandthechartanalysis,thefactorsinfluencingemployeeturnoverincompanyAaresummarizedandconcluded.Accordingtotheresultsofthequestionnairesurvey,Inthispaper,fromtheaspectsofperfectingtheselectionsystem,strengtheningthetraining,establishingtheenterpriseculturewiththecharacteristicsofhumanisticcare,appropriateincentives,etc.ThispaperputsforwardthecorrespondingcountermeasuresandsuggestionstothebraindrainofcompanyA,whichprovidesamanagementreferenceforthecompanytoreducethebraindrain,maintainthestabilityoftheenterprisestaff,andensurethesustainabledevelopmentoftheenterprise.Keywords:Tanlentlossproblems;causeofformation;Countermeasures目录.......................................................1.......................................................1.......................................................1.....................................................2.......................................................2...................................................3...................................................3...................................................4...................................................5.................5...................................5...........................................5.....................8..............................................8....................................
