摘要中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,为国民经济发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献,人力资源管理是企业重要领域,是企业发展的动力之一。近年来,人力资源管理工作越来越受到企业以及学术界的重视,但是由于资源有限、竞争力不足、观念落后等限制,中小企业的人力资源管理工作开展十分有限,极大的制约了中小企业的发展。目前上,国内外学者对于企业人力资源管理研究成果显著,但对于中小企业人力资源管理研究内容较少,本文以传统制造业为例,对其中中小企业的人力资源管理问题进行研究。本文介绍了中小企业和人力资源管理的相关概念,阐述了中小企业人力资源管理的现状,探讨该类中小企业人力资源管理活动中存在的相关问题,并对中小企业的外部条件进行了分析,包括政治、经济、社会环境和科学技术等方面,同时也深入分析了中小企业的内部竞争力,包括优势、劣势、机遇与挑战等。通过分析了中小企业的内外部条件,就如何解决其问题提出自己的看法。本文系运用规范研究方法进行的理论研究。全文分三个部分,第一部分是阐述目前制造业中小企业人力资源管理的基本现状。第二部分是对制造业中小企业人力资源管理内外部因素条件进行分析。第三部分是根据现状及分析结果,提出看法。关键词:中小企业;人力资源管理;企业管理AbstractMedium-sizedandsmallenterprisesisveryimportantpartofnationaleconomy.Ithasmadeanindeliblecontributiontonationaleconomicdevelopment.Humanresourcemanagementisveryimportantpartofbusinessmanagement.Itisoneoftheengineofenterprisedevelopment.Inrecentyears,thehumanresourcesmanagementismoreandmoreattentionbyenterprisesandacademia,butduetolimitedresources,competitiveness,backwardconceptlimits,thehumanresourcemanagementofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisestocarryoutisverylimited,greatlyrestrictingthedevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises.Atpresentscholarathomeandabroadhavelotsofachievement.Butthereisfewtheresearchonhumanresourcemanagementofmedium-sizedandsmallenterprises.Inthispaperwewilldosomeresearchonhumanresourcemanagementofmedium-sizedandsmallenterprises.Thispaperintroducestherelatedconceptsofsmallandmediumenterprisesandhumanresourcesmanagement,thispaperexpoundsthepresentsituationofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisehumanresourcesmanagement,discussesthesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisehumanresourcesmanagementactivitiesofrelatedissues,andexternalconditionsofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesareanalyzed,includingpolitical,economic,social,environmentalandscientifictechnology,etc.,andin-depthanalysistheinternalcompetitivenessofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,includingstrengths,weaknesses,opportunitiesandchallenges.Thispaperanalyzestheinternalandexternalconditionsofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,andputsforwardtheirownopinionsonhowtosolvetheirproblems.Thepaperdescribesaspecialtopicinthenormativemethodofresearch.Thefirstpartofthispaperisthebasicstatusofhumanresourcemanagementofmedium-sizedandsmallenterprises.Thesecondpartanalyzestheinternalandexternalfactorsofhumanresourcemanagementofmedium-sizedandsmallenterprises.Thethirdpartwillgivesomeopinionsandmakecomments.Thispaperisusedtostudythetheoryofnormativeresearch.Thefirstpartisthebasicstatusquoofhumanresourcemanagementofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesinmanufacturingindustry.Thesecondpartistheanalysisoftheinternalandexternalfactorsofhumanresourcemanagementofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesinmanufacturingindustry.Thethirdpartisbasedonthestatusquoandtheanalysisresults.Keywords:Medium-sizedandsmallenterprises;humanresourcemanagement;businessmanagement目录一、研究背景和意义........................................6二、文献...
