聘用合同EMPLOYMENTCONTRACT聘用方:受聘方:Employer:Employee:受聘方(以下称为外籍教师)自愿来到深圳市**文化发展有限公司担任英语教师。聘用方和外籍教师本着友好合作的精神，同意签定合同并保证认真履行合同中约定的各项义务。TheEmployee(hereafterreferredtoas“ForeignTeacher”)willinglycomestoShenzhentobeateacherat**Education.TheEmployerandtheForeignTeacher,inaspiritoffriendlycooperation,agreetosignthiscontractandpledgetoalltheobligationsstipulatedinit.一、外籍教师职责ForeignTeacher’sDutiesandResponsibilities1.合同期间，外籍教师需遵守公司的工作时间与公司规定，并且不允许在合同期内辞职。TheForeignTeachershouldcomplywiththescheduleandregulationsof**Education,andhe/shemustnotresignduringthecontractterm.2.外籍教师必须提供真实有效的身份证件，如因证件原因产生的后果自行负责。TheForeignTeachermustprovidetherealIDcertificates,andberesponsiblefortheconsequencescausedbythefakecertificates.3.外籍教师应使用聘用方提供的教学材料，制定合适的教学计划，保证教学质量。TheForeignTeacherwillusetheteachingmaterialsprovidedbytheEmployerandwilldevelopanappropriateteachingplan.TheForeignTeachershouldapplythisteachingplantoensurethedeliveryofhigh-qualitylessons.4.外籍教师主要的工作内容：TheForeignTeacher’smainworkingcontents:a)讲授语音课与口语课。ToteachOralEnglishLesson.b)担任口语大赛的评委。TobeajudgeintheOralEnglishCompetition.c)组织备课和与家长学生互动活动。Topreparelessonsbeforeclassandorganizeinteractionactivitieswithparentsandstudents.d)若教学时间有变动，应服从聘用方的安排，不得有异议。Ifthescheduleoftheclassesischanged,theForeignTeachershouldobeytheemployer’sarrangementwithnoobjection.e)工作时间：年月日至年月日，周一到周六，每天6-8课时。Workingtime：fromMondaytoSaturday,fromto,with6–8classesperday.5.外籍教师同意在**文化发展有限公司三个分校任教（雁盟分校、桃源居分校、福永分校）。TheForeignTeacherwillteachinthethreebranchschoolsof**EducationwhichareYanmengbranch,TaoyuanjubranchandFuyongbranch.6.外籍教师在上课时间不得迟到，若迟到5分钟以上，每次罚款50元。TheForeignTeachermustnotbelateforschool.Ifhe/sheislateforschoolover5minuteseachtime,itwillbeapenaltyof50RMBeachtime.二、聘用方职责Employer’sDutiesandResponsibilities1.聘用方将对外籍教师的工作进行指导和评价。TheEmployerwillprovideguidanceandevaluationoftheForeignTeacher’swork.2.聘用方将安排一位中教协助外籍教师授课。AChineseteacherwillbearrangedtoassisttheForeignTeacherinteaching.3.聘用方支付给外籍教师每个月人民币__________元，以及课时费每课时人民币30元。TheEmployerwillprovideasalaryofRMB________permonthtotheForeignTeacher,andRMB30perclass.4.聘用方支付外籍教师交通补贴人民币______元/次。TheEmployerwillprovideatrafficallowanceofRMB______eachtime,atmostRMB100perday.5.每月15号支付上个月的薪酬与交通补贴。Thesalaryandtrafficallowanceofthismonthwillbepaidbycashonthe15thdayofnextmonth.三、合同的终止TerminationofContract1.如外籍教师违反聘用方的工作制度或者合同的其他条款，聘用方有权通知外籍教师终止合同。此情况，当月无任何薪酬与补贴。IftheForeignTeacherfailstoperformhis/herdutiesandresponsibilitiesasshownintheEmployer'sworkingregulationsandthecontract,thecontractwillbeterminatedimmediately.Inthissituation,theForeignTeacherwillnotreceiveanysalaryandtrafficallowanceofthismonth.2.如聘用方认为外籍教师表现不佳，聘用方有权立即终止合同，外籍教师只能得到已工作的薪酬。IftheForeignTeacherfailstoperformwellinteachingatthediscretionoftheEmployer,thecontractwillbeterminatedin3days,buttheForeignTeacherwillonlyreceivethesalaryofthedaysthathe/shehasworked.3.如外籍教师在合同期内辞职，聘用方有权不支付外籍教师任何薪酬与补贴。IftheForeignTeacherresignsduringthecontractterm,theEmployhastherightnottopayanysalaryortrafficallowanceofthismonthtohim/her.四、合同期限ContractTerm本聘用合同有效期自_______________起至____________止。Thisemploymentcontractwillbeeffectivefrom____________to____________(DD/MM/YY).聘用方：受聘方：Employer:Employee:负责人（签字）外籍教师（签字）ResponsiblepersonForeignTeacher(signature)日期：…………………………………………..Date:…………………………………………..
