企业内部与外部人力资源培训模式构建研究摘要改革开放以来,中国逐步确立并完善了市场经济体制,在市场经济体制下,竞争意识渗透到社会的各个方面,作为社会经济主体的企业之间的竞争日益激烈,企业之间的竞争,不仅是技术和创新的竞争,更是人才质量的竞争,而人力资源培训是人力资源管理的重要一环,是提高企业的人力资源质量主要措施之一。本文结合国内外最新的研究成果,主要论述企业人力资源培训各种模式的构建,其中,第一部分主要介绍了企业人力资源培训的基本理论,主要包括企业人力资源培训概念的界定,中国人力资源培训工作的现状以及存在的问题,企业人力资源培训的主要内容,企业人力资源培训内部培训和外部培训两种基本的形式,并对两种模式做了具体的比较;接下来第二部分和第三部分和第四部分是文章的主体在这几部分里对两种形式分别做一个概括性的叙述,并对两种形式下的企业人力资源培训模式的构建做了具体的论述,论述人力资源培训模式构建的基础上,论述了不同类型企业选择培训模式方法;最后一部分得出结论,即内部培训和外部培训都是企业人力资源培训不可或缺的一部分,两者有机构成了企业人力资源培训的系统,只是企业在不同的发展阶段可能会在模式选择上有不侧重的结论。关键字:人力资源培训,内部培训,外部培训,模式,构建ABSTRACTSincereformandopening,Chinagraduallyestablishandperfectthemarketeconomicsystem,themarketeconomy,competitionpenetratedintoallaspectsofsociety,asasocialeconomicagentsincreasinglyfiercecompetitionamongenterprises,competitionamongenterprisesisnotonlytechnologyandinnovationcompetition,itisthequalityoftalentcompetition,andhumanresourcetraininghumanresourcesmanagementanimportantpart,istoimprovethequalityofhumanresourcesinoneofthemainmeasures.Inthispaper,thelatestresearchresultsathomeandabroad,mainlydiscussescorporatehumanresourcestrainingtobuildvariousmodes,whereinthefirstpartintroducesthecorporatehumanresourcestrainingthebasictheory,includingcorporatehumanresourcestrainingdefinitionoftheconcept,ChinaHumanResourcesTrainingthePresentSituationandproblems,corporatehumanresourcestrainingthemaincontent,corporatehumanresourcestraininginternaltrainingandexternaltrainingaretwobasicforms,andthetwomodelsdoaspecificcomparison;followingsecondandthirdpartandthefourthpartisthesubjectofarticlesinthesepartsweredoneintheformofoneofthetwoembracingnarrative,andthetwoformsofcorporatehumanresourcestrainingmodelbuilttodoaspecificdiscourse,discourseofhumanresourcesconstructedonthebasisofthetrainingmode,discussesthedifferenttypesofbusinessestochoosethetrainingmodemethod;finalsectionconcludesthattheinternalandexternaltrainingofhumanresourcesareanintegralpartofthetraining,thetwohavebecomeacorporatehumanresourcestraininginstitutionssystems,butcompaniesindifferentstagesofdevelopmentmaynotfocusmodeselectorontheconclusions.Keywords:Thetrainingofhumanresources,Internaltraining,Externaltraining;Mode,Building目录中文摘要..........................................................................................................................................................2英文摘要........................................................................................................................................31引言............................................................................................................................................52企业人力资源培训基本理论.................................................................................................62.1企业人力资源培训的概念................................................
