我国中小银行数字化转型问题研究ResearchonDigitalTransformationofSmallandMedium-sizedbanksinChina摘要“十四五规划”在2021年正式实施，人们对数字经济的发展前景充满了信心。随着“数字中国”的发展和网络强国的建设，数字技术不断地进行创新和发展，数字化、智能化、网络化不断深入到我们的生活中，以人工智能、云计算、大数据和区块链为代表的新兴技术正在逐渐成熟。在新冠肺炎疫情发生前，由于资金充裕，国有大型银行和股份制银行提前做好了数字化转型的准备，疫情发生后，数字化转型取得了不错的进展。而像城市商业银行、农村商业银行和村镇银行等这些中小银行，受到自身资金不足、人才短缺和技术落后等原因的影响，其数字化转型步伐相对迟缓。本文以我国中小银行为研究对象，通过相关资料的搜集，发现问题并提出相应的解决对策。分析发现我国中小银行在数字化转型过程中存在同质化竞争激烈、复合型人才稀缺、管理体系不健全、缺少数据治理的问题，并针对上述问题提出寻找特色的发展模式、加强人才建设、完善治理体系、强化数据治理的具体对策建议。通过对我国中小银行数字化转型问题研究，有效助推中小银行数字化发展，希望以此对我国中小银行数字化转型提供一些有效借鉴。关键词：中小银行；数字化转型；金融科技ResearchonDigitalTransformationofSmallandMedium-sizedbanksinChinaAbstractThe14thFive-YearPlanwaslaunchedin2021andthereisalotofconfidenceinthefutureofthedigitaleconomy.Withthedevelopmentof"DigitalChina"andtheconstructionofnetworkpowerhouses,digitaltechnologiesareconstantlyinnovatinganddeveloping.Digital,intelligentandnetworkedtechnologiesareconstantlypenetratingourlives.Emergingtechnologiessuchasartificialintelligence,cloudcomputing,bigdataandblockchainarematuring.Beforethenovelcoronaviruspandemic,largestate-ownedbanksandshareholdingbankswerewellpreparedforthedigitaltransformationduetotheavailabilityoffunds.Thedigitaltransformationmadegoodprogressafterthepandemic.Smallandmedium-sizedbankssuchasurbancommercialbanks,ruralcommercialbanksandvillagebankshavebeenrelativelyslowtotransitiondigitallyduetotheirownlackofcapital,talentshortagesandtechnologicalbackwardness.Inthispaper,smallandmedium-sizedbanksinChinaastheresearchobject,throughthecollectionofrelevantinformation,findproblemsandputforwardcorrespondingsolutions.Itisfoundthattherearesomeproblemsintheprocessofdigitaltransformation,suchasfiercehomogeneouscompetition,scarcedigitaltalents,imperfectsystemandlackofdatagovernance.Inviewoftheaboveproblems,specificcountermeasuresandsuggestionsareputforward,suchasfindingcharacteristicdevelopmentmode,strengtheningtalentconstruction,improvinggovernancesystemandstrengtheningdatagovernance.Bystudyingthedigitaltransformationofsmallandmedium-sizedbanksinChina,thispapereffectivelybooststhedigitaldevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedbanks,hopingtoprovidesomeeffectivereferenceforthedigitaltransformationofsmallandmedium-sizedbanksinChina.KeyWords：SmallandMedium-sizedbanks;DigitalTransformation;FinancialTechnology目录摘要............................................................................................................................IAbstract..........................................................................................................................II一、绪论........................................................................................................................2（一）研究背景....................................................................................................2（二）研究目的与意义..........................................
