摘要近些年，城乡建设不断发展，由于城镇化进程的加快，城市建设向城市边缘地区的农村扩张，大批农民失去耕地，很多农村家庭面临拆迁搬家的问题。政府普遍采取将这批失地农民集中安排到统一规划建设的安置房社区这样的解决措施来处理这个问题，但这对很多农民来说还是有些不方便的由于传统农村生活方式与社区生活的差距过大，被征地农民在从农村转换到社区中生活的这一过程中还存在诸多问题。例如社区卫生脏乱差、被征地农民难以再就业、社区居民之间存在隔阂难以融入、被征地农民普遍老龄化和被征地农民缺乏社会保障等问题。本文以孝感市闵集社区为例，通过文献研究和实地问卷访谈调查，研究被征地农民社区治理困境和需求。从社区环境治理、被征地农民再就业、社区居民融合、居民普遍老龄化、居民社会保障等方面深入研究，先了解被征地农民社区治理存在的问题及成因，再围绕治理问题提出相应的解决措施。致力于解决城镇化进程中被征地农民社区中出现的治理困境，并提出相应对策，更好地促进城乡一体化建设和被征地农民社区的和谐发展。关键词：城镇化；被征地农民；社区治理IAbstractInrecentyears,urbanandruralconstructionhascontinuedtodevelop,andduetotheacceleratedurbanizationprocessandtheexpansionofurbanconstructionintoruralareasonthefringesofcities,alargenumberoffarmershavelosttheirfarmlandandmanyruralfamiliesarefacedwiththeproblemofdemolitionandrelocation.Itiscommonforthegovernmenttodealwiththisproblembycentralizingthisgroupofdispossessedfarmersincommunitiesofresettlementhousingbuiltunderaunifiedplan.However,thisisstillinconvenientformanyfarmersasthegapbetweenthetraditionalrurallifestyleandcommunitylivingistoowide,andtherearestillmanyproblemsforexpropriatedfarmersintheprocessofmovingfromruraltocommunityliving.Forexample,thereareproblemssuchaspoorcommunityhygiene,difficultiesinre-employmentforexpropriatedfarmers,barriersbetweencommunityresidentsanddifficultiesinintegration,thegeneralageingofexpropriatedfarmersandthelackofsocialsecurityforexpropriatedfarmers.TakingMinjicommunityinXiaoganCityasanexample,thispaperexaminesthedilemmasandneedsofcommunitygovernanceofexpropriatedfarmersthroughliteratureresearchandfieldquestionnaireinterviewsurveys.In-depthresearchisconductedoncommunityenvironmentalgovernance,re-employmentofexpropriatedfarmers,integrationofcommunityresidents,generalageingofresidentsandsocialsecurityofresidentstofirstunderstandtheproblemsandcausesofcommunitygovernanceofexpropriatedfarmers,andthenproposecorrespondingsolutionsaroundthegovernanceproblems.Itisdedicatedtosolvingthegovernancedilemmasarisinginthecommunitiesofexpropriatedfarmersintheprocessofurbanization,andproposescorrespondingcountermeasurestobetterpromotetheconstructionofurban-ruralintegrationandtheharmoniousdevelopmentofthecommunitiesofexpropriatedfarmers.Keywords:Urbanization;Expropriatedfarmers;CommunitygovernanceII目录绪论............................................................................................................................................1一、孝感市闵集被征地农民社区治理现状............................................................................5（一）孝感市闵集社区背景介绍....................................................................................5（二）访谈情况介绍........................................................................................................7（三）被征地农民社区适应情况....................................................................................81.土地被征收，家庭收入来源发生改变.................................
