北京理工大学珠海学院二〇二〇届本科生毕业设计长安悦翔汽车驱动桥设计长安悦翔轿车驱动桥设计摘要车辆底盘设计中,有一个关键的传动系统组成部分,即驱动桥。其主要功用有两点,一是传递地面对车身的各方向的力、转矩等载荷,二是对车身起支承作用,负担汽车的载重。驱动桥的主要组成部件有主减速器、差速器、半轴、桥壳等,分别承担不同的功用,也是本次设计的重点。驱动桥的设计对于车辆的各项性能影响巨大,不同的结构形式,选取不同的参数尺寸,都会直接或间接的影响到车辆的经济性、操控平稳性以及动力性能。因此,对于整车设计来说,驱动桥的设计是至关重要的,稍有偏差,便会严重威胁到车辆行驶的安全,甚至危及乘客的生命。本文的主要内容为完成长安悦翔的驱动桥设计。首先,根据本科期间所学内容知识,采用传统的驱动桥设计方法,收集该车型的资料,并根据有关文献,学习驱动桥的有关工作原理,结构特性,制定了具有较高可行性的设计思路流程,完成驱动桥各主要部件的设计计算。经过反复校核修改,最终确定合理的驱动桥设计参数,并根据计算结果,借助计算机AutoCAD等绘图软件完成图纸。关键词:汽车驱动桥主减速器差速器半轴北京理工大学珠海学院二〇二〇届本科生毕业设计AbstractInvehiclechassisdesign,thereisakeypartofthetransmissionsystem,thatis,thedriveaxle.Itsmainfunctionhastwopoints,oneistotransferthedirectionofthecarinthefaceoftheforce,torqueandotherloads,thesecondistosupportthebody,theburdenofthecarload.Themaincomponentsofthedriveaxlearethemainreducer,differential,halfshaft,axlehousing,etc.,whichbeardifferentfunctionsrespectively,andarealsothefocusofthisdesign.Thedesignofthedriveaxlehasagreatimpactontheperformanceofthevehicle.Differentstructuralformsanddifferentparametersizeswilldirectlyorindirectlyaffectthevehicle'seconomy,handlingstabilityanddynamicperformance.Therefore,forthewholevehicledesign,thedesignofthedriveaxleiscrucial,alittledeviation,willseriouslythreatenthesafetyofthevehicle,orevenendangerthelivesofpassengers.Themaincontentofthispaperistocompletethedesignofdriveaxle.Firstofall,accordingtotheknowledgelearnedduringtheundergraduateperiod,thetraditionaldriveaxledesignmethodwasadoptedtocollectthedataofthismodel,andtherelevantworkingprinciplesandstructuralcharacteristicsofthedriveaxlewerelearnedaccordingtotherelevantliterature.Adesignthinkingprocesswithhighfeasibilitywasdevelopedtocompletethedesignandcalculationofthemainpartsofthedriveaxle.Afterrepeatedcheckingandmodification,thereasonabledesignparametersofthedriveaxlearefinallydetermined,andaccordingtothecalculationresults,thedrawingsarecompletedwiththehelpofcomputerAutoCADandotherdrawingsoftware.Keywords:automobiledriveaxlemainreducerdifferentialhalfshaft北京理工大学珠海学院二〇二〇届本科生毕业设计目录长安悦翔汽车驱动桥设计.....................................................................................1诚信承诺书............................................................................................................2长安悦翔轿车驱动桥设计....................................................................................3摘要................................................................................................................3Abstract..................................................................................................................41绪论............................................................................................................71.1课题研究目的及意义........................................................................71.2驱动桥结构方...
