幼儿园创意美术活动开展现状及其策略研究摘要创意美术是一种融入新观念和新思想开展的多元化的美术活动，是目前开展的一种注重开发幼儿发散性思维、创新意识的活动。3-6岁这一年龄段的幼儿大多数都能在其绘画作品中展现出极强的表现力。然而传统的幼儿美术教育以模仿学习为主，注重技能技巧，忽视幼儿情感的自主表达，评价标准较为单一，以至于幼儿的想象力与创造力被扼制。创意美术正是在传统美术教育的基础上不限制美术的形式与材料，激发幼儿的创作兴趣与创作欲望，运用多种途径发散幼儿的思维，鼓励幼儿大胆联想与想象，从而培养幼儿的创造力与想象力，促进幼儿身心全面发展。因此，幼儿园应该加强对幼儿创意美术活动的组织，开展多种形式符合幼儿身心发展的创意美术活动，鼓励幼儿通过美术的形式大胆表达自己的想法，开拓幼儿的创意性思维，从而激发幼儿的创作潜能。本研究通过深入北京市X幼儿园进行观摩实践，发现并分析创意美术存在的问题，并展开前期调研。运用观察法、问卷法和访谈法为主要研究方法，调查了北京市X幼儿园教师对幼儿园创意美术的认识与理解、创意美术活动组织与实施的情况，分析总结了幼儿园创意美术活动开展的基本现状，发现当前创意美术活动中仍存在一些教师对创意美术的理念欠缺、教师的角色定位不准确、活动内容和形式单一、环境创设缺乏创意、指导方式单一等问题，根据研究结果汇总与梳理及自身经验，给予相对应的建议：提出转变教师的教育理念、以多重角色支持幼儿发展、丰富创意美术活动内容、营造充满创意氛围的环境、多维度评析幼儿作品等对策建议。关键词：幼儿美术、创意美术活动、能力发展AbstractCreativeartisakindofdiversifiedartactivitywhichiscarriedoutwithnewideasandideas,anditisakindofactivitywhichfocusesonthedevelopmentofyoungchildren'sdivergentthinkingandinnovativeconsciousness.Theagegroupof3-6yearsisconsideredtobethebesttimetodevelopyoungchildren'sthinkingabilityandinnovationability,duringwhichmostyoungchildrencanshowgreatexpressivenessintheirpaintings.However,thetraditionalearlychildhoodarteducationtoimitatelearning-oriented,payattentiontoskillsandskills,ignoretheindependentexpressionofchildren'semotions,theevaluationcriteriaaremoresingle,sothatchildren'simaginationandcreativityarecurbed.Creativeartisonthebasisoftraditionalarteducationdoesnotrestricttheformandmaterialsofart,stimulatesageofcreativeinterestandcreativedesire,useavarietyofwaystospreadthethinkingofyoungchildren,encouragechildrentoboldlyassociateandimagine,soastocultivatethecreativityandexpressionofyoungchildren,promotetheoveralldevelopmentofchildren'sphysicalandmentaldevelopment.Kindergartencreativeartactivitiespaymoreattentiontotheartisticexpressionandcreativepotentialofyoungchildren,followthelawofphysicalandmentaldevelopmentofyoungchildren,inordertopromotethephysicalandmentalhealthdevelopmentofyoungchildren.Therefore,kindergartensshouldattachimportancetothedevelopmentofcreativeartactivities,encouragechildrentoexpresstheirideasboldlythroughtheformofart,throughthedevelopmentofcreativeart,cultivatechildren'sinterestinfinearts,stimulatethecreativepotentialofyoungchildren.Usingliterature,observation,questionnaireandinterview,thisstudyinvestigatestheunderstandingofcreativeartamongteachersinfivekindergartensinBeijing,theorganizationandimplementationofcreativeartactivitiesinkindergartens,analyzesandsummarizesthebasicstatusquoofthecurrentdevelopmentofcreativeartinkindergartens,andfindsthattherearemanyshortcomingsinthedevelopmentofcreativeartactivitiesinkindergartens.Forexample,teacherslackofideasoncreativeart,teachers'rolepositioningisnotaccurate,activitiescontentandformissingle,environment...
