翻译服务合同XXX（以下简称“甲方”）与北京亿蓝新锐翻译有限企业（如下简称“乙方”）经友好协商同意建立业务关系。甲方同意接受乙方作为向甲方提供翻译及有关服务的服务商，并到达如下协议条款：ThroughfriendlydiscussionsbetweenXXX(hereinafterreferredtoas“PartyA”)andeLanguageTranslationCo.,Ltd.(hereinafterreferredtoas“PartyB”),bothpartiesagreetosetupabusinessrelationship.PartyAagreestoengagePartyBastranslationagencytoprovidetranslationandotherrelatedservicestoPartyA,andbothpartiesreachthefollowingterms:1.乙方向甲方提供的翻译服务，中译英的翻译价格为每千中文（不计空格项）240.00元，英译中的翻译价格为每千中文180.00元（不计空格项）；PPT文献（不包括注释）的翻译为英译中40.00元／页。PartyBprovidestranslationservicetoPartyAatthepriceofRMB240.00/1,000Chinesecharacters(withoutcountingspaces)fromChinesetoEnglish,RMB180.00/1,000ChinesecharactersfromEnglishtoChinese(withoutcountingspaces),andRMB40.00/SlidefromEnglishtoChineseforPPTfiles(excludingnotes).2.为保证工作质量，甲方在项目开始前应向乙方提供原件，并就乙方对专业术语的征询给出答复。乙方应按甲方的规定进行翻译、审校、排版、打字、准时提交翻译件。Toensurethequalityofwork,beforeatranslationprojectstarts,PartyAshouldprovidePartyBwiththeoriginaltexts,andresponsetotheconsultationofterminologyfromPartyB.PartyBshalltranslate,proofread,typesetting,typinginaccordancewiththerequirementfromPartyA,andsubmitthetranslateddocumentsintime.3.甲方应给乙方提供合理的交付时间以便乙方准时完毕任务。双方理解预留的交付时间应以每日1,500中文字数的速度为基础计算。甲方充足理解在任何状况下向乙方发送任务前都应留给乙方合理时间。但假如甲方有特殊规定，如在短时期内规定乙方完毕数量较大的工作量或超过正常工作时间（周一至周五09:00-17:30内）或在国家法定节假日期间规定乙方为其工作或规定在24小时内交稿，乙方有权在获得甲方事先书面同意后额外收取正常收费原则的30%作为加急费用。PartyAshallprovidePartyBwithreasonabledeliverytimetoenablePartyBtofulfilltheworkontime.Bothpartiesunderstandthatthealloweddeliverytimeiscountedonthebasisof1,500Chinesecharactersperworkingday.PartyAfullyunderstandsthatsuchreasonabletimeshallbehonoredatanycircumstancesbeforeanyprojectisassignedtoPartyB.ShouldPartyAhavespecialrequirements,suchasrequiringPartyBtofinishlargeamountoftranslationworkinashortperiodoftimeortotranslatebeyondthetimeofnormalworkingday(09:00-17:30,MondaytoFriday)orlegalnationalholidayortomakedeliverywithin24hours,PartyBisentitled,afterobtainingthepriorwrittenconsentfromPartyA,totakeadditional30%ofthespecifiedchargestandardasrushcharge.4.如乙方发现甲方提供的文献、资料、技术规定等有误，致使乙方无法开始工作而告知甲方时，甲方应及时处理并加以处理。如有此类状况发生，乙方有权顺延交付时间。InthecasewhenPartBinformsPartyAthattherearemistakesinPartyA’sfiles,information,technicalrequirements,etc.whichmakePartyBunabletostartworkingontheproject,PartAagreestodealwiththecasepromptlyandsolveit.Ifso,PartyBisentitledtopostponethedeliveryaccordingly.5.乙方应按甲方的规定，保质保量完毕工作，并准时交付合格产品。如遇特殊状况无法按甲方的规定完毕和交付工作，乙方应提前2个工作日告知甲方，双方共同寻求其他处理方案。PartyBagreestocompleteeachprojectwithgoodqualityandtimelydelivery.IfanyspecialsituationmakesimpossiblethecompletionanddeliveryoftheprojectaccordingtoPartA’srequirement,PartyBshouldinformPartyAtwoworkingdaysinadvanceandbothpartieswillcooperativelysearchforanalternativesolution.6.甲方有权审校乙方的翻译件并提出修...
