A new control scheme of DGs based on multi-agent technology is proposed. Under this scheme, DGs compensate the load fluctuation of the distribution system by their autonomous control, therefore, to improve the system reliability and demonstrate new technical advantages over the conventional system. The simulation results indicate the advantages of proposed scheme. Key words: distributed power supply;uninterrupted power substation;multi-agent technology; coordinated strategy 摘要:由于风力发电、燃料电池发电和超导储能装置等分布式电源的多样性和复杂性,它们加入传统的电力变电站后,使得整个系统的运行控制变得复杂。因而提出采用多代理技术设计不间断电力变电站的功率协调系统:在多代理的协调策略下,各分布式电源自治的补偿负荷波动,从而提高整个电力变电站的负荷跟踪运行能力和可靠性。并通过仿真结果说明了该策略的有效性。 关键词:分布式电源;不间断电力变电站;多代理技术;协调策略 由于分布式一次能源的分散性和随机性,当分布式电源并入传统的电力变电站后,形成了发电功率和用电功率两组不相关的随机变量,将导致整个电力系统的随机性和弱相关性。大量分布式电源引入配电网后,由于它们各自独立的控制系统,整个不间断电力变电站的控制变得很复...
