河北联合大学QINGGONG COLLEGE, HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY毕业设计说明书设计(论文)题目:选矿厂矿石破碎 S7-300PLC 控制系统梯形图软件设计学生姓名: +++学 号:+++++++++专业班级:++++++ 学 部:+++++指导教师:+++ 教授 2012 年 05 月 23 日摘 要选矿厂集中控制系统是指运用各种自动控制技术完成破碎筛分、磨矿分级、选别、脱水、过滤及精矿和尾矿的输送等选矿作业的控制系统。稳定性、准确性是系统必备的要素。该系统在工业生产中常以单片机或者可编程控制器(PLC)来完成控制功能。然而,以单片机实现的控制系统在安全、可靠及抗干扰的性能上要稍逊色于 PLC。为此,在工业生产中大力开发使用 PLC 完成控制功能的选矿厂自动控制系统是非常必要的。本设计正是完成基于 PLC 为控制器的选矿厂综合自动化系统设计[1]。 随着计算机、网络、数据库等相关技术的不断发展和完善,自动化系统得到极大的完善。本设计中以 S7—300 PLC 为核心控制器,着重说明了选矿厂破碎和磨矿两个环节的控制流程、控制系统硬件配置、梯形图程序设计及整体系统的调试等情况。PLC 的应用极大地提高了选矿产品的质量和生产效率,在整个选矿行业具有广阔的应用前景。关键词:选矿自动化,S7-300,PLC,破碎AbstractConcentrator centralized control system is the application of automatic control technology refers to the completion of crushing and screening, grinding and classification, sorting, dewatering, filtration and tailings concentrate and mineral processing operations, such as the transmission of the control system.
