忠果城公司物流配送的优化方案研究 摘要：进入 21 世纪以来，电子商务得到了空前的发展，也因此成为了新世纪的经济亮点。随着国内电子商务越发成熟，它也逐渐演变成了一种新的商业模式，不仅仅撼动了传统商业模式简单的线下购物，还开拓了线上购物送货上门，促进了新产业的形成，同时带动了物流行业的加速发展。然而，由于近几年电子商务的发展远远迅速于国内的物流产业，导致物流成为限制电子商务模式的瓶颈，使得物流配送方面产生了各种各样的问题。在这种大环境下，企业已经开始着手自建物流配送系统，从而解决第三方物流配送服务不到位，从业人员素质不高，配送速度慢等缺点。但是，这种自建物流的方案虽然有许多好处，相比起第三方物流却有一个致命的缺点，投入太高，不是所有企业都能承受的。由于这几种模式各有利弊，不能简单的决定到底应该采用哪种模式更好，因此本文通过忠果城物流几种现代物流配送模式的分析研究，得出对目前电商物流配送建议。关键词：电子商务；现代物流；物流成本降低；忠果城物流配送Abstract:Since the beginning of the 21st century, e-commerce has developed unprecedentedly and become the economic highlight of the new century.
