绥芬河市对俄经贸发展分析摘 要自从我国加入 WTO 以后，我国的对外贸易环境也在不断的变化，黑龙江省也形成了跨越式的截止世，不断的扩展对外贸易，在 2007 年到 2015 年期间黑龙江省的进出口总额每年的增长率都在 30%以上，对于对外贸易而言是一个崭新的突破，虽然在稳定的增长，但是也为持续发展的模式带来了隐患。本文通过对贸易以及绥芬河市对俄贸易发展的区位优势,在借鉴成功经验的基础上,结合绥芬河市对俄贸易区的基本条件,探索适合贸易的发展对策。以基础概念为切入点,在选择发展区位优势的基础上,从对俄贸易商品类型缺乏多样性、对俄经贸合作自身存在薄弱环节、俄罗斯政策存在不稳定因素等三个方面探索和诠释了绥芬河市对俄贸易发展存在的问题,并且提出了相应的对策的建议。本文研究的对象是区域的经济发展，区域经济的发展可以为绥芬河的对外贸易发展提供保障，还可以推动黑龙江省的经济发展。关键词：黑龙江;对外贸易;贸易环境；区域经济AbstractWith China joining WTO, foreign trade in the overall environment of continuous 1improvement at the same time, Heilongjiang province also gradually realize the leap forward development of foreign trade industry:2007-2015 years, the average growth rate of the total import and export volume remained above 30%, foreign trade to achieve new breakthroughs.
