I摘要企业现在所面临的财务风险随着经济的发展而变得更加的复杂化。而化解财务风险非常重要的一点就是有效的采取措施来规避。如果财务风险不及时的采取分析的办法和控制，那么就财务危机就很容易上演了，这就对之后的企业生存与发展造成很大程度上的威胁。本文以万科集团为研究对象，对万科集团财务风险管理现状进行描述，分析了财务风险形成的原因，提出降低财务风险的对策，以期提高万科集团财务管理能力，促进企业可持续发展。关键词：财务风险；风险管理；万科集团IIIAbstractThe financial risks that companies are now facing have become more complicated as the economy develops.
