1·指南与共识·中国银屑病诊疗指南（2023 版）【摘要】 银屑病是个体与环境相互影响诱发的免疫介导的慢性、复发性、炎症性、系统性疾病， 典型临床表现为局限或广泛分布的鳞屑性红斑或斑块，无传染性。银屑病病因涉及遗传、免疫、环境等多种因素。目前银屑病是不可根治性疾病，选择适合患者的治疗药物和方法，对控制病情、减少共病、维持长期疗效、全面提高患者生活质量十分重要。为了规范银屑病诊疗方法，提升诊疗能力，尽 可能减少不良反应的发生，中华医学会皮肤性病学分会银屑病专业委员会制定本指南。本指南在《中国银屑病诊疗指南（2018 完整版）》的基础上进行补充修订，结合中国实际情况，融合中医诊治银屑病的最新研究成果，形成中西医结合的综合诊疗指南。考虑到银屑病的复杂性，治疗方案应根据 患者病情个体化制订，轻度以外用治疗为主，中重度应系统治疗，对传统系统药物治疗效果欠佳的患 者可选择生物制剂或小分子药物治疗。【关键词】 银屑病；诊断；治疗；指南DOI：10.35541/cjd.20220839Guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis in China（2023 edition）Committee on Psoriasis, Chinese Society of DermatologyCorresponding author: Zhang Xuejun, Email: ayzxj@vip.sina.com【 Abstract 】 Psoriasis is an immune ⁃ mediated chronic, recurrent, inflammatory, systemic disease induced by the interaction between the individual and environment.
