I摘 要本文主要对于人民币国际化的发展情况进行了详细的分析和介绍。本文主要目的是分析人民币国际化在“一带一路”这个大背景下如何发展，在这个过程中遇到的机遇与挑战，该如何去把握住机会去面对克服困难。本文首先从相关理论及国内外研究现状，通过大量的数据搜集，分析了人民币国际化在一带一路下的发展情况。其次，分析了人民币国际化走出中国，迈向世界将会面临的机遇和挑战，并对此提出解决措施。存在的挑战和问题有：人民币自身以及及金融业市场的不成熟性，金融业市场风险的增加，人民币国际化水平的提高，货币政策独立性的削弱。最后总结分析，进一步概括了一些关于人民币的看法和对待其国际化的正确态度：理性看待在人民币国际化中的困难，实施风险管控，尽快构建融资平台稳定人民币汇率，从实际出发合理制定货币政策。关键词：一带一路；人民币国际化；问题；发展对策IIIABSTRACTThis article mainly analyzes and introduces the development of RMB internationalization.
