PKP 结合明胶海绵辅助利多卡因治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效分析摘要：目的 探讨 PKP 术中应用明胶海绵辅助利多卡因治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。 方法 将 40 例骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折患者随机分为两组，观察组采用术中明胶海绵辅助利多卡因治疗，对照组采用传统局部麻醉下行 PKP 治疗，分析两组不同时间点 VAS 的疼痛评分、Cobb 角及椎体高度。 结果 患者两组术中相同时间点的 VAS 评分不同（P<0.05），术后两组之间的 VAS 评分差异无统计学意义 （P>0.05）。患者各时间点的的椎体高度和 Cobb 角无统计学意义（P>0.05），且两组之间的椎体高度和 Cobb 角差异也无统计学意义（P>0.05）结论 PKP 结合明胶海绵辅助利多卡因治疗胸腰椎骨折较传统局麻行 PKP 治疗可有效减轻术中疼痛，且两者在术后恢复椎体高度、矫正后凸畸形无差异。关键词：PKP，明胶海绵，利多卡因，胸腰椎骨折The effect of PKP combined with gelatin sponge assisted lidocaine in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture.NI Yue , Gong Li ,NING Ren-de,He Gao,Zhou Ye-jinAbstract: objective To investigate the clinical effect of using gelatin sponge assisted lidocaine in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture..Methods: To 40 patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group treated with intraoperative auxiliary lidocaine gelatin sponge, the control group with traditional local anesthesia downlink PKP holds the treatment, two groups of different time points of VAS pain score, Cobb Angle and height of vertebral body.
