I摘要城市轨道交通作为城市公共交通的骨架，能有效缓解城市交通的压力,而运营计划编制的合理性会直接影响到城市轨道交通功能的实现和作用的发挥。因此研究城市轨道交通运营计划编制技术对城市轨道交通的运营管理具有实际意义。本文首先介绍了列车运营计划编制的国内外发展现状，并对城市轨道交通客流特征列车运行图编制的理论知识进行了阐述，然后从城市轨道交通运营编制技术的角度出发对昆明地铁运营现状进行分析，找出昆明地铁运营过程中存在的一些问题；最后根据城市轨道交通客流特征、列车开行计划和车底运用计划等相关理论知识，对昆明地铁 1、2号线首期工程工作日运营计划方案进行优化，得出一份较为合理的运营计划，并为昆明地铁运营公司提供一些参考建议。关键词：城市轨道交通；列车运营计划；列车运行图；客流特征；工作日；优化IIAbstractAs the framework of urban public transport, urban rail transit can effectively alleviate the pressure of urban traffic, and the rationality of operation planning will directly affect the realization of urban rail transit function and its role.
