摘 要随着城市规模在逐渐扩大、人口数量急速增长、产业布局不断更换、城镇居民生活质量不断提升、现代的消费方式不断升级、电子科技广泛的应用，衍生出了大量的城市配送需求。由此可见，高集约、低成本的城市物流共同配送模式可以有效地优化资源配置，弥补我国在城市物流共同配送中实践少、科学理论少、人才稀缺方面的不足之处。本文对国内外城市物流的现状进行了综述，以菜鸟驿站为例，掌握了城市物流共同配送的相关理论知识，不难发现，目前关于城市物流和共同配送的研究主要是集中在配送中心、货运场站的选址与分布，还有相关概念的界定和基本类型的划分，而针对如何降低配送成本、提高物流配送效率等方面的具体实施研究相对来说比较少，也没有形成一套完善的系统化理论。所以，本文将在前人的研究基础上，对城市物流共同配送模式进行详尽的探讨与研究，形成一套系统化的观点，来实现降低配送成本、提高物流配送效率等方面的目标。关 键 词 ：城市物流，共同配送，机制AbstractWith the gradual expansion of city scale, the rapid growth of population, industrial layout adjustment, the development mode of industry and Commerce have become more diversified and constantly improve the living quality of urban residents, the way of modern consumption, accelerate the upgrading of electronic commerce technology widely used, derived from a large number of urban distribution demand, especially the small batch and multi variety, high frequency, timeliness the direct distribution, residential distribution and "door to door" demand grows day by day.
