摘要:伴随我国改革开放进程加深,特别是企业竞争不断加剧的特殊时期,只有立足创新,创新经营方法、营销策略和服务质量,才能实现企业真正的发展。我国当前在发展中,酒店餐饮文化得以完善,并依托产品质量强化餐饮企业市场竞争力。我国大部分酒店在发展中都认识到酒店餐饮文化对产品质量中的作用,但因管理经验、认识等方面不足,酒店餐饮文化建立不足,影响酒店整体发展进程。为保障产品质量,使其在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地,确定酒店餐饮文化,将其充分融入产品质量战略当中,成为当前酒店和相关学者研究的关键。为研究更为深入,本文以涵田半岛度假村酒店为例,对其产品质量情况进行研究,分析其在发展中存在不足,并在结合相关文献给出合理化建议。关键词:创新驱动;酒店餐饮文化;涵田半岛度假村;产品质量Abstract: with the deepening of China's reform and opening up process, especially in the special period of intensifying enterprise competition, only based on innovation, innovation of business methods, marketing strategies and service quality, can achieve the real development of enterprises.
