摘要鉴于液体能源缺少,跟着科学前进和液体能源降低,我国慢慢推进和探究出各种液体的主动处置和掌控体系,了液体能源重复利用率。本文通过介绍可编程逻辑控制器含义和可编程逻辑控制器在液体处置掌控体系中的作用及应用,创造出新的液体处置掌控体系,液体能源的利用功效。以除污罐混合掌控体系为中心,依据液体质的污染情况,从掌控体系构成到软件指令序列编写,基于可编程逻辑控制器的顺控指令特点设计出了废液体处置体系中的一个技艺操纵过程,包括掌控体系条件考虑、输入/输出地址分配、指令序列设计、SFC 框图和梯形图等,经过在电脑上对编写好的指令序列进行模拟仿真,最终达到预期设计条件。:依据废液体处置的基本条件,选择基于 PC 电脑加可编程逻辑控制器掌控器的废液体处置体系.PC 电脑负责人机交互并通过通讯网络达到对可编程逻辑控制器的掌控.可编程逻辑控制器掌控器负责潜液体泵、步进马达等相干装置.依据废液体处置体系的事实需求,选择西门子的 S7-300 型可编程逻辑控制器,通过对溶液高低掌控和通讯设计,完成改善了全部体系的掌控过程和掌控构造.关键词:可编程逻辑控制器掌控;顺控指令;废液体处置abstract In view of the shortage of water and energy, along with the scientific progress and the reduction of water and energy, China has gradually promoted and explored the automatic treatment and control system of various kinds of water, and the reuse rate of water and energy.
