基于红外传感的二氧化碳测量单元摘要:二氧化碳是大气重要组成成分之一,其含量过高不但会危害人类的健康,还会产生温室效应,土地荒漠化程度加速等多种不良影响。因此,研究并设计二氧化碳检测系统具有十分重要的意义。 我们利用红外吸收光谱原理,结合单片机技术,设计了一套 CO2 气体含量进行检测的系统。应用了开放气室和差分检测法,通过热释电探测器对二氧化碳浓度进行检测。并设计了气体检测系统的硬件电路。其中包括:恒流源电路,调制电路以及前置放大和滤波电路及调零,调增益电路。并以单片机为核心,设计了液晶显示、键盘、计算机通信等外围接口电路。关键词:二氧化碳,红外线,传感,测量Absrtact: Carbon dioxide is one of the most important components of the atmosphere. Excessive carbon dioxide content will not only endanger human health, but also produce many adverse effects such as greenhouse effect, accelerated land desertification and so on. Therefore, the research and design of carbon dioxide detection system is of great significance. Based on the principle of infrared absorption spectroscopy and the technology of single chip computer, we designed a system to detect the content of CO2 gas. The open chamber and differential detection method were used to detect the concentration of carbon dioxide by pyroelectric detector. The hardware circuit of the gas detection system is designed. These include: constant current source circuit, modulation circuit, preamplifier and filter circuit, zero and gain adjusting circuit.
