广州市电子政务公众使用意愿影响因素研究——基于在线服务成效度【摘要】为大力推行广州市“数字政府”改革建设,充分利用当前信息技术迅猛提升的前沿成果,不断深挖、发展服务渠道,进一步提升政务服务的水平,本文采用技术接受模型等,加以相关性分析、线性回归分析等统计方法,通过建立基于在线服务成效度的电子政务公众使用意愿影响因素模型进行研究,结果表明:服务时限对公众使用电子政务的满意度产生消极影响,即办程度和服务便捷性这两个维度对公众内心的满意度产生积极影响,同时,满意度对公众是否愿意使用电子政务产生积极影响。因此,基于上述要点,提出创新使用“秒批”模式和完善搜索功能两个针对广州市电子政务的建议。【关键词】电子政务,使用意愿,影响因素注:本论文(设计)题目来源于教师的国家级(或省部级、厅级、市级、校级、企业)科研项目,项目编号为: 。Research on Influencing Factors of Public Willingness of Electronic Government Affairs in Guangzhou——Based on The Effectiveness of Online Services[Abstract]This paper adopts TAM, etc., using correlation analysis, linear regression analysis and other statistical methods to study the research by establishing an e-government public use willingness factor model based on the effectiveness of online services. The results show that the service time limit has a negative impact on the satisfaction of the public to use e-government.The two dimensions of the degree of service and service convenience have a positive impact on the public's inner satisfaction, and at the same time, satisfaction has a positive impact on whether the public is willing to use e-government.
