电子商务环境下 AL 企业财务风险防范分析摘要：伴随着网络时代的来临，电子商务有了高速发展，给企业生产经营的各方面带来了非常大的改变，对企业财务管理对象、目标、筹资方式、管理方式等产生了一系列影响。在这种大环境下，以往的财务管理方法显现出了一些不足之处，对企业的发展产生限制，同时出现了电子商务环境下财务管理存在的信息安全、软件开发力度不足、人才紧缺、硬件设施环境等问题。本研究通过一系列对策如建立电子商务环境中财务管理及企业管理系统、改善应用环境、信息网络化和引进人才等对策来缓解问题。当前信息科学技术的前进特别是收集办理技术的广泛应用，正在逐步形成必然电子商务情况，造成企业出产，办理等多方面的深入改变。本文通过 AL 企业这个案例来研究在电子商务环境下企业财务管理问题出现的现状、成因以及后果，并结合电子商务实践探讨了我国企业现阶段开展电子商务针对所存在的问题采取的防范措施和对策等。 关键字：电子商务；财务管理；网络时代Abstractwith the advent of the network era, e-commerce has a rapid development, to the enterprise production and operation of all aspects of the very big change, on the enterprise financial management objects, objectives, financing methods, management methods have a series of effects.
