我国网上药店监管现状及问题研究【摘要】十多年来互联网的不断高速发展，我国社会各行各业的发展、面临的经济挑战都受到了不同程度的影响，为应对不断变化的经济发展形式 ，2015 年中国政府政府提出的“互联网+”政策，在电子商务与其他产业的完美结合时，药品电子商务的时代也来临了。相比传统药店，网上药店更具优势，然而互联网在给人们带来便利的同时也给假药销售提供了空间，随之而来的是不可预测的用药安全风险，政府的监管制度也面临着严峻的挑战。由于我国网上药店起步比较晚，网上药店监管还处在不断发展与完善之中，这一定程度上阻碍了网上药店的发展。本文针对我国网上药店监管的现存问题，借鉴外国的先进经验，提出相应建议，促进我国互联网医药行业的健康发展。 【关键词】网上药店；监管；对策Research on the Status and Problems of Online Drug Store Supervision in China- Ctrip as an example[Abstract]] For more than a decade, the continuous and rapid development of the Internet has profoundly affected all aspects of our society and economy.
