I目录摘要传统的档案资料存储工作方式对于用户信息的存储管理、企业会议活动的开展等都有其信息冗余、存取不方便、形式单调等问题。随着计算机技术飞速发展，加强企业工作的建设，建立部门紧密结构的相关工作，需要计算机技术的支撑和发展。本文针对信息冗余、存取不方便、形式单调的问题，利用基于 JSP 动态网页编程技术，设计并实现了企业电子邮件系统，其主要研究内容如下：1、本文设计并实现了企业电子邮件系统，通过设计原则确定设计阶段遵循的准则，在功能模块设计过程当中对系统结构进行了说明，程序结构设计分别从时序图和流程图角度设计系统，最后对数据库的表结构和 ER 图进行了相应的设计。2、该系统实现的功能包括了登录功能、管理员管理、企业部门管理、用户管理、电子邮件编辑管理、企业电子邮件业务管理、通讯录管理共八个部分。最后对每个功能测试，确保系统健壮的运行。该系统的实现，也能够为企业管理工作提供良好的改进手段，为部门工作发挥更大的作用。关键词：电子邮件系统；JSP；SSH；JAVA；MySQL 数据库ABSTRACTThe traditional archival data storage mode has the information redundancy, inconvenient access,and so on.
