(论文)摘 要现阶段,我国的经济环境随互联网技术的普及与发展发生了翻天覆地的变化,支付宝等第三方支付企业在这样的浪潮中兴起,互联网金融迅速壮大,相关业务与细分市场已经严重威胁到传统商业银行的地位。而原本作为“防御方”的银行在面对新的竞争环境和挑战时,势必采取反击行动,转“守”为“攻”,不仅需要努力维持原有的用户群体,而且还需要尝试进入新市场,谋求新发展。因此,本文以动态竞争理论中的竞争互动理论为切入点,选取支付宝与商业银行的案例为研究基点,从各自推出的金融产品与服务、技术创新、场景布局等方面出发,尝试探讨在激烈竞争的环境下,进攻与回应双方将会采取怎样的策略与行为,而这些策略与行为又会给企业带来怎样的收益。这些研究将会对企业的竞争行为作出较为合理的解读,无论是对动态竞争理论实证研究的拓展,还是对竞争双方在新环境中的发展均具有一定的参考价值。- I -关键词: 互联网金融,传统商业银行,竞争互动(论文)Research on the Dynamic Competition between Alipay and Commercial BanksAbstractAt this stage, China's economic environment has changed dramatically with the development and application of Internet technology.
