北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文独立学院毕业生网络求职有效性影响因素研究——以 B 大学为例摘 要近十年来,网络求职已经成为广大学子求职找工作的重要方式，特别是对于独立学院毕业生找到合适的工作起到了关键作用。因此本文从收集独立学院毕业生网络求职的调查数据入手，借鉴前人的调查研究方向，探讨独立学院毕业生网络求职有效性影响因素，对毕业生网络求职行为从不同的角度进行研究，运用相关理论，从毕业生本身层面、招聘方层面、线上求职平台层面等四个层面分析毕业生求职问题，对当前独立学院毕业生网络求职有效性的现状及其影响因素进行分析与实证研究，探讨提高独立学院毕业生网络求职有效性的影响因素，提出对策和建议。关键词：独立学院；毕业生；网络求职；有效性 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractIn the past decade, online job-hunting has become an important way for students to find jobs, especially for the graduates of independent colleges to find suitable jobs.
