摘要互联网时代的快速发展和信息传播的迅速发展,使侵犯个人信息的行为更加便捷。这几年来，大学生个人信息频繁受到侵犯，侵犯大学生信息的事件也相继出现,由此产生的问题也在不断增加。面对个人信息泄露严重而导致无止境的欺诈信息以及短信、电话的骚扰等情形出现,如何保护个人信息不落入不法分子手中成为大学生要注意的问题，如何采用有效途径防止侵害个人信息的案例再次发生，是全社会应当共同关注的问题。大学生数量众多，是侵犯个人信息类犯罪主体侵害的主要群体之一。要使大学生个人信息得到有效的保障，个人信息的权益不再受到侵犯,则需要加强相关的立法保护和完善相关的制度建设。 本文会以实际案例为例，并且会以问卷调查的方式对大学生个人信息保护的现状进行了解,将实际与理论相结合,分析大学生个人信息保护存在的问题,并提出了保护大学生个人信息的建议。本文将从三个方面来探究如何实现对个人信息的保护:首先,探究大学生个人信息的内涵及现状;其次,分析了侵犯大学生个人信息权的原因;最后,提出了相应的解决大学生个人信息保护过程中存在的问题的方法。关键词:大学生，信息泄露，信息保护AbstractThe rapid development of the Internet era and the rapid development of information dissemination have facilitated the violation of the rights and interests of personal information.
