广东东软学院毕业论文摘 要国家高举“大众创新，万众创业”的旗帜，高校积极响应。近十年来，我国大学生的专利发展情况整体上还是可观的。许多大学生在一定程度上不仅提高了创新能力，同时也取得了一些创新成果。拥有专利对大学生来说意义重大，但申请专利并不是一件简单的事情。首先，为了提高大学生申请专利的积极性，本文普及了拥有专利对大学生的现实意义；其次，本文通过数据统计法分析了国内外的专利申请现状，并通过综合分析方法总结了大学生申请专利时的主要障碍，如大学生专利意识薄弱，缺乏及时有效的指导，经费不足和项目质量不高等；最后，为了帮助大学生更顺利地申请专利，本文还提出了相对应的解决对策，如学校提高教师专利素养，开展专利教育，制定完善专利支持政策和提高申请项目的质量等。关键词：大学生；申请专利；障碍；对策i题目：Main Obstacles and Countermeasures of College Students to Apply for Patents广东东软学院毕业论文ABSTRACTChina held high the banner of "mass innovation, mass entrepreneurship", and colleges and universities responded positively.
