大学生自我控制与手机依赖的关系：人际关系的中介作用摘 要随着社会科技的发展，电脑、平板、手机等电子产品的推广，人们逐渐对手机等电子产品产生依赖行为。为考察目前大学生手机依赖、人际关系与自我控制三者之间的关系，并为减轻手机依赖的程度，提高自我控制能力、改善人际关系提供理论支持，本研究将采用《大学生手机成瘾倾向量表》、《人际关系综合诊断量表》和《自我控制量表》，对在校的大学生进行问卷调查，共随机抽取 250 名大学生。并将收集到的数据通过SPSS 系统进行数据分析，最终的结果如下所示： 第一、大学生的手机依赖与自我控制能力呈显著负相关（r=-0.628,p<0.01），且自我控制可以负向预测手机依赖。第二、大学生的手机依赖与人际关系呈显著负相关(r=-0.213,p<0.01)，且人际关系可以负向预测手机依赖。 第三、大学生的自我控制能力与人际关系呈显著正相关（r=0.288 ,p<0.01），且自我控制可以正向预测人际关系。第四、人际关系在大学生手机依赖与自我控制中起部分中介作用。结论：人际关系与自我控制能力均是影响手机依赖的重要因素，且人际关系在手机依赖与自我控制中起部分中介作用。关键词：手机依赖；自我控制；人际关系 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT IIIABSTRACTThe Relationship Between College Students＇Self-control And Mobile Phone Dependence: The Mediating Role of Interpersonal Relationship.ABSTRACTWith the development of social science and technology and the promotion of electronic products such as computers, tablets and mobile phones, people gradually become dependent on mobile phones and other electronic products.
