本科论文摘 要习近平总书记在十九大开幕式致辞中提出，要全面发展全民健身运动，将全民健身上升到国家战略层面，这充分体现出全民健身的重要性。全民健身计划离不开农民群体的参与。因此，如何推进农村地区的体育设施建设，怎样满足农民群体的体育需求，成为社会各界关注的热点。本论文通过参考借鉴了国内外关于农村公共体育设施建设的资料文献，利用实证调查的方法，针对山东省齐河县各乡镇农村进行了相关调研，分析了发展农村公共体育设施建设在设备供给、政策扶持、设备管理、农民体育健身意识等方面的困境及原因，并进一步提出了如何完善并科学管理农村公共体育设施的对策。关键字：农村，公共体育，组织管理 本科论文AbstractIn his speech at the opening ceremony of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that it is necessary to comprehensively develop national fitness and raise national fitness to a national strategic level, which fully reflects the importance of national fitness.
