本科论文摘 要随着我国社会主义市场经济的快速发展，中国企业的发展规模越来越大，这既是机遇，也是挑战。面临机遇与挑战，企业想要更好地把握机遇，应该借此契机积极努力建设良好的企业文化。而良好的企业文化建设离不开企业内部的党建工作。然而当前绝大多数企业在经营过程中都出现了文化建设与党建脱钩的问题。为此，此次研究重点研究了党建工作和企业文化之间的联系，总结二者间存在的创新共生作用，同时重点分析了党建在企业文化建设中的引领作用。关键词：党建引领，企业文化建设AbstractWith the rapid development of China's socialist market economy, the development scale of Chinese enterprises is increasing, which is both an opportunity and a challenge.
