摘 要为解决稻草漆的沉淀分层问题,提高稻草漆在贮存及施工过程中的应用性能,最大程度的提高稻草漆的贮存稳定性,用最低成本的方法使稻草漆发挥最大的使用效果。根据稻草漆制品的性能和工艺要求,采用有针对性的经验筛选法,以单因素试验法考察稻草、增稠剂、体系温度等因素对稻草漆稳定性的影响,并进行实验研究后得出将温度控制在 40℃时,稻草用量的减少能够使稻草漆的耐水性达到最佳值;羟丙基甲基纤维素能够提高稻草漆的耐温变循环性,在羟丙基甲基纤维素用量为 1g 时,稻草漆的耐温变循环性达到最佳;醚化改性后的稻草漆对于漆料的贮存稳定提供了很大的帮助,改性后的稻草漆耐碱性要显著高于普通稻草漆。关键词:稻草漆;耐水性;贮存稳定性;耐碱性 AbstractIn order to solve the problem of precipitation and stratification of straw paint, improve the application performance of straw paint in the storage and construction process, improve the storage stability of straw paint to the greatest extent, and use the lowest cost method to maximize the use effect of straw paint.
