I摘 要低年级小学生告状行为是小学常有的典型现象。这是小学生自身权益受到侵犯、威胁或者同学之间出现违背班级规则的行为向老师求助的一种活动。小学低年级是人一生的起步阶段，是人格发展的关键时期，行为发展对小学生成长具有重要影响。研究通过访谈法和文献调查法了解低年级小学生告状行为的现状。低年级小学生告状主要内因是自我防御能力较低，道德感逐步发展判断能力较低同时还要满足内心的需求。但受到学校教师、社会文化环境以及家庭教养方式等外部因素共同影响，呈现频率较高、内容琐碎、类型各异等特点。阐述学生性格较为胆小内向，会为了寻求保护而向老师告状；为博得老师的关注、得到夸奖；成为正义的化身、试探教师态度等动机。针对现状，文章结合影响小学生告状行为的内外因素，各方面培养学生独立解决问题的能力，外界各司其职进行改善，提出科学解决告状问题的对策，从而培养小学生正确的道德观念和自我教育能力，引导孩子正确认识告状行为，促进他们的心理健康成长。关键词：低年级；小学生；告状行为；对策IIAbstractComplaint behavior of lower grade pupils is a typical phenomenon in primary schools.
