摘要:电能变换技术是一种将电能进行变换和控制电能的技术,它利用了电力半导体器件来进行能量变换、电力控制和电能传输,被广泛应用于电力系统、工业生产、交通运输和家用电器之中。从上个世纪 70 年代以来,电能变换技术有突飞猛进的发展,随着科技的不断进步,越来越多新能跟高的电力半导体器件被开发,人们也研究出了更多性能更优良的电能变换装置。它不单单促进了电能变换技术的发展,还可以促进电气系统工程,电力系统保护继电器技术,半导体材料技术,电源技术,自动控制技术,信息传输和处理技术的不断改进。总之,电能变换技术作为新能源开发、电子装置电源的基础技术,已逐步发展成了一门多学科科的综合技术,具有有广阔应用前景。由此可见,研究大功率电能变换装置的故障诊断有着重要意义。状态监测与精确故障诊断是降低大功率电能变换装置的故障概率和其维修成本的有效方法。首先,在分析国内外的各种故障统计情况的基础上,找出故障诊断需要优先关注的关键部件(IGBT、电解电容器);其次,整理大功率电能变换装置故障诊断的研究现状;然后,重点研究和分析大功率电能变换装置关键部件(IGBT、电解电容器)的故障失效机理与故障诊断方法;最后,提出大功率电能变换装置状态监测与故障诊断的研究重点以及日后的研究趋势。关键词:电能变换、故障诊断、评估Abstract:Electric energy conversion technology is a technology that converts and controls electric energy.
