基 于 PLC 的 多 条 传 送 带 接 力 传 送 的 实 现 摘 要 : 当 今 社 会 传 送 带 已 经 普 遍 应 用 于 各 个 行 业 和 领 域 ， 虽 然 应 用 的 普 遍 但 传送 带 的 发 展 与 控 制 却 还 停 留 在 一 个 很 低 的 水 平 ， 尤 其 是 多 传 送 带 的 传 送 与 控 制 ，因 此 需 要 对 传 送 带 控 制 系 统 的 操 纵 近 况 及 发 展 作 进 一 步 探 究 。 本 论 文 是 在 基 于PLC 对 单 条 传 送 带 传 送 控 制 的 基 础 上 稍 加 改 进 ，重 点 研 究 内 容 是 PLC 对 传 送 带 的控 制 。 本 论 文 主 要 研 究 目 标 是 让 多 个 单 传 送 带 变 成 一 个 整 体 的 、 简 单 的 、 快 捷 的多 传 送 带 ， 而 且 结 构 简 单 易 于 控 制 。 关 键 词 ： 传 送 带 ； PLC； 电 动 机 ； 控 制 器 1 Realization of a plurality of transmission belt relay based on PLC Abstract: In today's society belt has been widely used in various industries and fields,although the application of common but transport development and control zonestill remained at a very low level, especially the transmission and control with multitransfer, therefore need to conveyor belt control system operation status and thedevelopment of further study. This paper is based on the PLC of single conveyorcontrol of a little improvement, is the key research contents and control PLC forconveyor belt. The main goal of this paper is to make a single conveyor belt intoa whole, simple, fast multi belt, and has the advantages of simple structure and easy to control.
