EB-5 Escrow Agreement- 1 -ESCROW AGREEMENT托管协议This Escrow Agreement ( “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of March 11, 2014 by and between Path Tower Seattle, LP, a Washington Limited Partnership (“Company”), and Central Escrow, Inc., a California Corporation (“Escrow Agent”).
