摘 要本实验采用传统方式制备石墨烯和有机碳类物质加中强度的硫酸做插层剂制备石墨烯两种方法,在碱性溶液中使天然石墨发生剥离,目的是加入有机碳类助剂做插层剂的方式来改善传统制备方式加入硫酸的用量。实验表征运用 X 射线衍射测定(XRD),红外光谱(FTIR),紫外光谱以及傅里叶变换拉曼光谱(Raman)对制备的石墨烯结构进行表征。最后结果表明,石墨经有机碳类插层剥离,红外谱图存在-OH、COOH、C-O-C 等含氧官能团,这就说明石墨烯具有了一定的氧化效果。紫外图谱表明,通过调节 PH 的还原方式使得制备产物的最大吸收峰发生了红移,XRD 和 Raman 两种方式分析,结果显示有机碳类助剂对石墨烯的制备是有辅助增强插层剥离效果的。关键词:有机碳类;辅助插层;石墨烯 AbstractGraphene was prepared by traditional method and organic carbon by adding medium strength sulfuric acid (12 mol/L) as intercalation agent. Natural graphite was stripped in alkaline solution. the prepared graphene structure was characterized by X ray diffraction (XRD), infrared (FTIR), ultraviolet (uv) and fourier transform raman (Raman) spectroscopy. finally, the results show that graphite is exfoliated by organic carbon intercalation, and the infrared spectrum shows the wavenumber of oxygen-containing functional groups such as -OH、COOH、C-O-C, which indicates that graphene has a certain oxidation effect. the uv spectra showed that the maximum absorption peak of the prepared product was red-shifted by adjusting the reduction mode of the PH. finally, the XRD and Raman methods were used to analyze, and the results showed that the organic carbon auxiliaries were auxiliary to enhance the intercalation and stripping effect of graphene.Keywords:Organic carbon;Auxiliary intercalation;Graphene目 录1 引言.............................................................................................................................11.1 石墨烯.........................................................................
