封面浅论安徽移动黄山公司人力资源现状与对策摘要中小企业对于促进国民经济增长、缓解就业压力都有着重要的作用,但是中小企业在发展的过程中也存着着不少问题,尤其是在人力资源管理方面,本文以安徽移动黄山公司有限公司为案例进行研究,首先对于人力资源以及人力资源管理的概念进行明确,其次根据该企业的现状指出该企业在人力资源管理中存在的问题,例如管理观念陈旧,没有一个长远的人力资源管理规划,人才引进机制不成熟、企业文化对企业人力资源管理助力不足等。最后笔者针对这些问题提出了自己的建议,重点从员工招聘、激励机制和企业文化建设三个方面来分析问题,并提出有效的解决策略,为中小型企业建立一套更完善更健全的人力资源管理体提供一定的借鉴意义。关键词:中小企业;人力资源管理;优化措施AbstractSMEs play an important role in promoting national economic growth and relieving employment pressure.
