Under the current domestic car-hailing market structure, Didi Taxi has become a typical representative under the taxi market. This paper takes Didi travel platform as the research object. Firstly, it analyzes the macro and micro environment of Didi travel platform, including policy and legal environment, economic environment, competitive environment and market demand, as well as 4P marketing strategy. Secondly, the analysis of the status of the "Didi Taxi’s" platform found that although the Didi Taxi’s platform is still the largest occupier of the domestic taxi market, the entry of potential competitors and the emergence of vicious events have affected Didi's consumer hearts status.
