康复服务机的结构设计——手部康复结构设计摘要脑卒中又称中风,被认为人类健康三大杀手之一,中风后致使肢体偏瘫无法实现生活正常活动的几率有百分之五十以上,中风的患者在中老年人的人群中占得比重较大。随着社会老龄化程度越来越严重,中老年人的健康问题被社会各界广泛关注,所以上肢运动的康复已成为中风患者关注的焦点。随着社会的发展和科学技术的进步,机器人技术已经被应用到上肢康复训练的领域中。目前,国内外上肢康复机器人的研究已有了很大的成果,但是仍存在一些问题比如结构复杂、携带不便、集成度不高等,本课题提出了一套包含手指在内的便携式外骨骼上肢康复机器人,来帮助脑卒中患者进行简单的康复运动训练。基于电机驱动设计出多个连杆机构组成的康复训练机器,可实现肩关节及大臂的伸屈、肘关节及小臂的伸屈,并使用同步带来实现手臂内外旋功能。该设计不仅能够各个部分一起进行康复训练,也能够针对性地对某个关节进行康复1运动训练,这大大提高对不同患者的使用针对性。通过使用 solidworks 进行建模,对各个机构进行对应的仿真,是机构能够呈现出合理的运动趋势。关键词:上肢康复,连杆机构,同步带,solidworks2AbstractAlso known as stroke, stroke is considered one of the three big killers human health, causing limb hemiplegia after a stroke can not carry out normal life activities of risk more than fifty percent, a stroke in the elderly patients account for larger proportion of the crowd.
