北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计土豆清洗削皮装置结构设计土豆清洗去皮装置结构设计摘要土豆的去皮和清洗是在土豆产品加工制作当中的必要的一道工序。眼下,土豆的去皮虽然已经利用机械进行生产,但是生产效率低下、耗能高等因素,存在一些的局限的方面。随着土豆产业的不断的扩大以及我国目前的经济的日新月异,眼前需要一种效率高且消耗能源低的设备来解决土豆深加工所存在的问题。本文设计了一种毛刷辊机械式的土豆去皮清洗结构装置,本装置由电动机、传动装置、毛刷工作区构成,电动机与皮带相连带动由链连接的各毛刷辊转动,土豆由进料口进入,落到转动毛刷辊之上,从而达到去皮目的,最终从卸料口出来。本文对机体结构设计计算、电机选用、带传动设计以及轴承、轴承座的选用做了详细的介绍。关键词:土豆去皮清洗;电机;毛刷辊北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Structure design of potato cleaning and peeling deviceAbstractPotato peeling and washing is a necessary process in the processing of potato products. At present, although the peeling of potatoes has been produced by machinery, there are some limitations in factors such as low production efficiency and high energy consumption. With the development of potato industry and the rapid progress of China's economy, there is an urgent need for a high-efficiency and low energy consumption equipment to solve the problems of potato deep processing. This paper designs a brush roller mechanical potato peeling and cleaning structure device. This equipment consists of electric motor, transmission and brush working area. The motor is connected to the belt to drive the brush rollers connected by the chain to rotate.
