基 于 PLC 的 全 自 动 洗 衣 机 控 制 系 统 摘 要 ： 本 文 首 先 介 绍 了 可 编 程 控 制 器 （ PLC） 的 结 构 和 功 能 ， 以 及 全 自 动 工 业 洗 衣 机 的 结 构 ， 然 后 分 析 和 研究 了 全 自 动 洗 衣 机 控 制 系 统 的 工 作 原 理 。 在 此 基 础 上 ， 结 合 工 作 需 要 ， 提 出 了 以 PLC 为 控 制 核 心 部 件 进 行全 自 动 洗 衣 机 控 制 系 统 的 设 计 。 然 后 ， 从 全 自 动 洗 衣 机 六 个 工 作 过 程 出 发 ， 对 系 统 控 制 方 案 进 行 了 可 行 性分 析 和 论 证 ， 包 括 PLC 以 及 外 围 设 备 选 型 、编 程 方 式 选 择 、 各 种 抗 干 扰 措 施 等 。 最 后 设 计 了 以 西 门 子 S7-200 系 列 PLC 为 控 制 核 心 的 全 自 动 工 业 洗 衣 机 控 制 系 统 ， 包 括 了 控 制 系 统 的 I/O 端 口 分 配 、 PLC 接 线 图 及 PLC程 序 设 计 ， 并 详 细 分 析 了 程 序 的 控 制 过 程 ， 实 现 了 洗 衣 机 洗 衣 过 程 的 自 动 化 ， 具 有 智 能 化 程 度 高 、 安 全 可靠 、 方 便 、 灵 活 等 特 点 。 关 键 字 ： 工 业 洗 衣 机 PLC 控 制 系 统 设 计 Automatic washing Machine Control system based on PLC Abstract:This paper first introduces the structure and function of programmable logic controller (PLC) and the structure of automatic industrial washing machine, and then analyzes and studies the working principle of the automatic washing machine control system.
