This paper also provides construction points for attention, in order to insure construction quality, to meet the design need. KEY WORDS heating pipe, directly-buried thermal insulation pipes，compensator， pipe stand下载后可任意编辑1 概 述 供热管网直埋敷设方式与管沟敷设方式相比，具有节能、节约投资、工程量少、工期短、占地少、不影响市容、使用寿命长、维修工作量小及高密度聚乙烯、氰聚塑外护套管耐腐蚀等许多优点，尤其适合于像天津开发区地下水位高、盐碱度大的地区。 直埋保温管常用的有两种，一种是“氰聚塑”直埋保温管，保温层耐温可达 120 ℃，采纳高温聚氨酯保温层可耐温 150 ℃，这种直埋保温管制作工艺较简单，价格较低，且接头现场处理较为容易；另一种直埋式预制保温管，俗称“夹克管”，其机械、物理性能均优于"氰聚塑" 直埋保温管，但价格相对较高，接头处需进行热熔焊、塑料焊，并需进行热塑带缠绕加强，施工难度较大。2 不同埋设方式的设计计算 供热管道直埋敷设目前有三种作法，一种为无补偿直埋敷设；第二种为有补偿直埋敷设；第三种是介于前两种之间的一次性补偿直埋敷设。本文主要讨论第一种和第三种直埋方式。2.1 无补偿直埋敷设 无补偿直埋敷设即利用土壤与管道间的摩擦力阻碍管道的伸缩，当土...
