Department of Orthopaedics,Hechi Chinesepeople ’ s Hospital;Hechi xxxx,China 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of the posterior interosseous artery flap for repairing softtissue defects of the hand, The flap ranged from 6×7 cm to 7×10 cm.Methods 45 clinical cases with soft tissue defects of the hand were repaired with the reversed posterior interosseous artery flap from March 1980 to November 20XX. Results All of flaps survived,and all cases were followed up from 8 to 14 months, 11.6 months in average. All patients had achieved the satisfactory appearance and hand function.
