水产品中药物残留检测技术的研究进展摘要:水产品中药物残留问题是世界各国普遍关注的食品安全热点之一,建立有效的药物残留分析方法是对水产品中药物残留进行监测和控制的前提和基础。本文结合目前国内外现有的水产品中药物残留的前处理技术和分析检测技术进行了综述,本文介绍了样品的前处理方法 QuEChERS 方法、分子印迹技术和固相萃取法,分析检测技术高校液相色谱法、高效液相色谱 -质谱联用技术和免疫分析技术,旨在为水产品中药物残留的监测和控制提供一定的理论依据。关键词: 水产品,药物残留,检测技术Abstract: Aquatic products in drug residue problem is the common concern of all countries in the world of one of the hotspots in food safety, establish effective drug residue analysis method is of aquatic products in drug residues of the premise and foundation of the monitoring and control. In this paper, combined with the existing water products at home and abroad in drug residues of pretreatment technology and analysis technique were reviewed. This paper introduces sample pretreatment QuEChERS method, molecular imprinting technique and solid phase extraction and analysis detection technology in liquid chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography -mass spectrometry combined with technology and immune analysis technology, and aims to provide a theoretical basis for the monitoring and control of drug residues in aquatic products.Key words: Aquatic products; drug residue; detection technology1.前言我国水产品资源丰富,种类繁多, 其产量多年来拘世界首位。随着近年来水产养殖业的发展,水产品在养殖过程需要使用兽药来提高产品的质量和产量,所用兽药的种类较为复杂,除了消毒剂、 防腐剂, 还有杀虫、 驱虫类, 抗生素类, 磺胺类、 呋喃类和喹诺酮类抗菌药等,个别情况下还会使用某些激素类的兽药[1],违规或过量使用导致的药物残留不仅会通过环境和食物链的作用间接对人体健康造成危害,还会造成产地环境的污染,从而影响我国养殖业的发展。 水产品中兽药的使用与残留越来越受到广泛的关...
