Under the background of the increasingly obvious disadvantages of university town， based on the characteristics of place attachment of college students ， combined with the prominent urban problems of Changqing University Town， this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from a new bottom-up perspective ， such as improving infrastructure construction ， developing advantageous industries according to local conditions ， establishing and improving the security mechanism and urban management system ， in order to provide loans for the optimal development of university town for reference.
